Ingredients: Green Rooibos, Blueberries, Natural Blueberry Flavor, Raspberry Leaves, Rose Hips, Hibiscus, Cranberries And Blue Cornflowers.

To steep:  1 tsp per 8oz 5 minutes in 212 degree water.  2x if you are pouring over ice.
